An advanced panel in TOGDEM Software, which I have developed myself, integrates with web and mobile systems, and is used for municipalities and private businesses. This panel offers content in approximately 30 categories with a wide range of content.

I can explain the features of the admin panel as follows:

  • Prepared using ASP.NET language and MVC architect pattern.
  • The database has been prepared via EntityFramework with the Code First approach.
  • It is designed to serve many sites and companies at the same time with its complex model structure.
  •   The system interface was prepared using the latest versions of HTML5 Bootstrap 4 and CSS3. Offering a responsive interface, the system has also been very successful in terms of UI / UX.
  • The system provides dual language support for any content prepared on it.
  • With the improved authorization and authentication system used, the interface of each user who logs on to the system is dynamically created according to the user logged on.
  • With the optional two-step verification system, the user makes a safer login process by entering the verification code that will go to the email address after entering the user name and password while logging on.
  • 90% of the content on the websites and mobile applications included in the system can be modified and edited by the user. This allows you to gain a completely dynamic system.
  • FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) system is included in the project to send instant notifications to mobile applications and websites through the system.

I can list the services that have been released so far on the admin panel as follows:


Common Subsystems

  • Page Management System:You can access all pages within the site or application and change all editable content within these pages as you wish via this menu.
  • News Management System: Thanks to the advanced news management from this menu, you can add new news for the site or application, update the existing news or order the news you want.
  • Event Management System:  The information of the events to be held on this menu can be defined with all details. Updates can be made on the defined events and this event can be deleted if necessary.
  • Announcement Management System: New announcements can be displayed dynamically to visitors and customers through the Announcements menu. All kinds of content can be added to the announcements via HTML Editor.
  • Advanced Product Management System: You can offer very detailed products with a highly developed infrastructure via the Products menu. Many details can be added such as upper and lower categories, product labels, product files and features.
  • Slide / Slider Management System: The slides menu offers an interface where you can manage how many slides in the site.
  • Personnel Information System: All employees can be included in the site or application through this tab. Employee's unit, profession, contact information can be added through this menu.
  • Gallery: By uploading the desired number of image documents to the system through the Gallery menu, these images can be presented to users in mobile applications or websites. In addition, all added images can be managed and edited.
  • Video Gallery: Video files for the site or application can be uploaded from this menu. In addition, instead of uploading a video file, a desired youtube video can also be presented to users provided that the urls are written.
  • Inbox: You can access the form data sent from the site or application via the inbox. You can manage this data and answer it at any time.

Subsystems Special for Municipalities

  • Project Management System: On this menu, an interface where the mayor can do with all the details of the projects he / she is doing, is planning to do, can be updated, added projects can be deleted and any projects can be deleted.
  • Wedding Information System: A sub-system in which all the marriage of the municipality is kept and new marriage information can be added and updated.
  • Assembly Members Information System: A sub-system in which the information of the members of the Assembly is kept.
  • Ex-Presidents Information System: A sub-system in which all information of the mayors of the municipality has been kept together with photographs.
  • Vice President Information System: A sub-system in which all vice presidents are kept with detailed information.
  • Council Information System: A sub-system that keeps the records of the committees in the municipality and the necessary updates can be made.
  • Unit Information System: A sub-system with the units of the municipality, the officials of these units, their contact information and descriptions.
  • Headman Information System: A sub-system that keeps the headman information in all neighborhoods together with their contact information and photographs.
  • Mayor Albums: A system with photographs taken during the visits made by the Mayor, on special days or in his office.
  • Assembly Decisions Information System: A sub-system in which assembly decisions are kept together with details.
  • Commission Decisions Information System: A sub-system in which commission decisions are kept together with details.
  • Annual Reports Information System: A sub-system in which annual reports are kept together with details.
  • Famous / Historical Place Information System: A sub-system in which the historical places, social facilities or important places in the relevant province / district / town are kept.
  • Martyr Information System: A system where martyrdom information, communication and condolence information is kept.
  • Funeral Information System: A sub-system where the deceased dates, time and cemetery information, condolence information of those who died.
  • Local Product Information System: A sub-system that is designed to be used in mobile applications, where famous things of the region are kept.

  • Module Management System: Sub-system where the modules of the company (the services provided in a set) are kept.
  • Training Management System: A sub-system where the training is held if the firm organizes or provides training.
  • Trainer Information System: A sub-system where the company, which is designed for companies providing training services, keeps instructor information.
